Our Patent Prosecution & Counseling group assists client in drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in almost all areas of technologies. The group also advises clients in patent strategy, practice tips and updates of the law in China. The group is further divided into three collaborating teams according to technology training and expertise - Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology team, Electrical, Electronic& IT team, and Mechanical Engineering, Material and Automobile team.
