Mr. Xin Cai received his M.S. in management of technology from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and his B.S. in communication engineering and Japanese from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. After working in Jeekai (now Shangcheng) from 2005 to 2007, he went to Japan in 2008 and come back to Shangcheng in 2012.
