Mr. Peng Zhang is a patent technical specialist relating to mechanics and electronics. Mr. Zhang received his B.S. in machinery design, manufacturing and automation from Dalian University of Technology and his B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from Dalian University of Foreign Language, both in 2007.
