Dr. Zhen Yang is a patent attorney specialized in communication engineering. Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. in communication and information system from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, his M.S. in communication and information system from Xidian University, and his B.S. in communication engineering from Xi`an University of Science and Technology. Before joining Shangcheng & Partners in 2015, he worked as a patent examiner for there years and as the chief of network application for two years at Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office, SIPO, Beijing, and he had been a Secretary of Guozhi Patent Warning Consulting Center, Beijing for four years. Dr. Yang has extensive experience in patent prosecution, warning and consulting.
