Ten Important Invalidation Cases in 2015 released by PRB (May-2016)

On April 26, 2016, the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) of SIPO released ten important invalidation cases from 2015, covering mechanics, electronics, communication, pharmacy, chemistry, materials and design, etc. Of these 10 cases, 7 relate to invention patents, 1 relates to utility model and 2 relate to design.
